I apologize in advance for the cheesy title but these are my Fall essentials I guarantee you’ll fall in love with. From my healthy PSL recipe to skincare essentials, these are all my must-haves this season.
My Fall Essentials
1. Healthy Dairy-Free PSL
For my first Fall essentials, it’s of course the legendary PSL. A pumpkin spice latte at Starbucks is definitely worth a try, but making one at home just hits different. Also, a grande PSL at Starbucks is about 380 calories and 50 grams of sugar so once is definitely fine with me. For this homemade dairy-free PSL you’ll need:
Ingredients:
3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp of pumpkin puree
1 tbsp of brown sugar
1/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
1 shot of espresso or 4oz of strong brewed coffee
Directions:
In a small saucepan, whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract together. Once frothy and hot, combine with coffee or espresso.
2. Fall Colored Wardrobe
I’m such a sucker for Fall fashion trends. Please give me all the sweatshirts, sweaters, and boots. I’ll leave some of my fave fashion must-haves below but my favorite trend this year is adding a polo under a sweatshirt. I know groundbreaking, right? I went to catholic school for 12 years so this is nothing new and I definitely didn’t think I would ever wear this combo again. But here I am, instead of an ugly uniform, it’s cute and comfy!

3. Scary & Spooky Moviesย
I’m currently watching the movie Scream as I am writing this. I’m obsessed with Freeform’s 31 Night’s of Halloween, I watch it every year! This year I decided to make my own version of that and share it with you all. You can find the list here! My faves on that list are definitely Halloweentown and The Cabin in the Woods. Two totally different movies but both amazing in their own way.

4. Halloween/Fall Themed Coffee Mugs
This is probably a Fall essential for everyone, but I mean how could you pass up on all these cute Fall mugs! Target probably has some of my favorites and that’s where I got this one. I found some cute ones you can order online so I’ll post them below. Fall mugs just hit differently than regular mugs, to be honest, lol.
5. Pumpkin Pie Spice on Everything
I recently got this pumpkin pie spice from Trader Joes and have been putting it on everything! From my coffee in the morning to my pumpkin muffin at night. It’s honestly the best spice to have during the Fall. I especially love it on top of my banana oat pancakes and vegan multigrain waffles!
6. Electric Tea Kettle
I’m absolutely in love with this electric tea kettle. It heats up super fast, it’s cordless and it’s made from glass so you can see your water being boiled. It’s honestly so satisfying to see. I use this must-have Fall essential to make lemon water, sleepy-time tea, and ginger water! If you don’t already have one, I highly recommended getting this one because it automatically turns off when the water is done!
7. Hydrating Skincare Routine
Switching up my skincare for the Fall time is a must. My skin goes from normal/combo skin to DRY real quick. I have experimented over the years with different skincare products and right now I am very happy with my current routine. My two favorite products for dry skin are The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid and Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado.
If you have dry skin, hyaluronic acid will save your skin. I put it on overnight and wake up with plump hydrated skin every time!ย
The eye cream is perfect for those with fine lines or dry skin under the eyes. It feels like a hydrating mask under the eyes and it leaves my dark circles brighter and fine lines visibly reduced.ย
Those are all my Fall essentials for 2020! I hope you enjoyed reading this and I would love to know what are your must-haves for the Fall time.
