SEPTEMBER RESET ROUTINE: Goal Setting, Fall Reset Routine, and Monthly Favorites
September monthly reset routine talking about goal setting for a new month, resetting for Fall, and my monthly favorites.
Happy almost September, everyone! I’m very excited for the weather to cool down because LA has been going through a heat wave. I’m looking forward to re-watching the Vampires Diaries, Fall candles, pumpkin bread, and all things spooky.
This is the monthly reset routine I follow every month.

Mid-way through August I realized I only wanted to do HIIT 1x a week and other workouts 2x a week. I subscribe to newsletters to read more about health and wellness, so I feel like I learn something new every now and then. I didn’t go for the walks I wanted to. For the routine I had going in August, walking was just not a priority nor did I have time. I’m still reading The Summer of Broken Rules by K. L. Walther and so far it’s good! I’m struggling to find the perfect basics like t-shirts, long sleeves, and tank tops so if you have any recommendations please leave them in the comments below!
Ya’ll I finally created my language page on Notion. I’m still working on perfecting it and adding things to it but so far I like that I can refer to a page with all my Spanish notes. I didn’t create 3 videos for social media because I have no idea what to post! It’s the struggle of being a lifestyle blogger because I want to post about fashion, wellness, my workouts, coffee of the day, etc! I sold 29 Notion templates in August, a new record! I posted six blog posts and sent one newsletter this month!

Love and Other Words by Christina Lauren
I read this in July and forgot to mention it in my last reset routine but itโs so good! A friends-to-lovers romance book that will have you crying in the end. Macy and Elliott went from book friends to more than friends to complete strangers. When they randomly run into each other 10 years later, Elliot finally finds out why Macy stopped talking to him all those years ago. Now they’re given a second chance at friendship or an all-consuming love they once had as teenagers.

Quest Protein Bars
I’m always on the quest for a good-tasting protein bar. They’re honestly just a quick and easy-to-grab snack for on-the-go or after a workout. These protein bars taste like a dessert. They’re not too chewy or artificial tasting. It tastes pretty similar to cookie dough! I’m dairy sensitive and these do not upset my stomach at all. They’re only 190 calories, 1 gram of sugar, and 21 grams of protein.
The summer was a good time but I am happy the weather is cooling down so I can be cozy in my sweatshirts again. I hope you all have an amazing September!
