November monthly reset routine talking about goal setting for a new month, end of the year reset, and my monthly favorites.
Happy almost November, everyone! The year is almost coming to an end so my main focus for the rest of the year is to really narrow in on my yearly goals. October was a lot of admin work and emails, so I’m sorry for the lack of blog posts! As for my personal life, I took a girl’s trip with my mom and sister which was really fun! I’m in a much-needed reset so here is my November reset routine.

This month I fall off my workout routine hard. I did not feel like working out one bit, but I think it was my body’s way of telling me to slow down. I’m starting to miss it so hopefully in November I can get back into it! I finished reading State Change and wow this book was life-changing. I talk more about it later in this post. I wish I ate more veggies and fruits but I feel like I ate the same amount. I eat a good amount of them but I want to incorporate them with every meal!
I only read the health book because I was too busy watching a bunch of scary/spooky movies lol. The best horror movie I watched was Pearl starring Mia Goth. She was so good in that movie and you couldn’t help but feel for her. Highly recommend it if you love horror movies! I spent a lot of time watching movies and shows, which is a hobby of mine so I’d say I accomplished that!
November and December content is booked and busy so I can’t wait for you all to see it! I didn’t post more IG stories only because I have no idea what you all want to see. I feel like my life is routine and I don’t want to bore anyone by showing the same thing every day. I only posted 5 blog posts this month but next month will be a lot more!

Vegamour GRO Scalp Detoxifying Serum
I’ve been using this serum for a few months now and I can always tell the difference in my scalp when I don’t use it. It’s a weekly treatment that gets rid of product buildup, flakes, and excess oils. It’s a light serum that feels refreshing and leaves my scalp feeling clean from past products. I like to think of it as my scalp reset serum because it leaves my scalp feeling brand new!
State Change by Robin Berzin, MD
I haven’t been feeling my best lately and wanted to read more about how I can finally start feeling good. This book was a great reminder that the mind and body are connected. If you’re feeling anxious or stressed, then you’re body will feel exhausted. It’s important that we take care of our mental health if we want to feel energized, focused, and happy! At the end of the book, she goes over a plan you can follow to end anxiety, beat burnout, and ignite a new baseline of energy and flow.
Until next time,
