March monthly reset routine talking about goal setting for a new month, reflection, and my monthly favorites.
Welcome back to my new series where I share my monthly reset routine, goals and intentions, and my monthly favorites. Every month I will take time to set goals I want to accomplish, reflect on the previous month’s goals and share my favorite products, shows, books, and more for that month. February was such a busy month that I didn’t get through half of my goals. Let’s talk about it.
This is the monthly reset routine I follow every month.

In the middle of February, I decided I wanted to start a new work project, which took up almost all my time. Even though I didn’t accomplish these goals, I did finish my new project! Life is forever changing and although I didn’t get through these goals, I accomplished something else very exciting.
Journal Prompts
What did I accomplish this month?
I randomly thought to start a new project in the middle of the month and I’m almost 100% done with it! The announcement is coming soon!
How was I feeling this month? Why?
I was feeling inspired to start a new project. I was feeling stressed because taxes as a content creator are a little complicated. I was feeling happy because I spent Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend.
What events happened this month?
I celebrated Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend.
List some things you learned this month.
Life is not always going to go the way you planned. Just because I didn’t accomplish my goals last month, doesn’t make me less than or unproductive or falling behind. When new opportunities present themselves, say yes to them.
What can I do better next month?
I’m going to set a weekly reminder on my phone to remind myself to start checking off those goals (I literally have the worst memory!)
Highs and Lows
Highs: Starting and almost finishing a new project!
Lows: Not getting through my February goals. Feeling a little sick at the end of the month.
March Goals
March is my birthday month so it’s a little scary but exciting month. Getting older has never really stressed me out until recently. I think these goals will help me stay focused on what I want from life.

Bad Girl Reputation by Elle Kennedy
This is the second book in my new favorite series by Elle Kennedy. The first book was about Cooper Hartley and his love story, but this one is about his twin brother Evan. When Evan’s ex Genevieve West comes back to town he can’t stay away from her and neither can she. Gen is trying to turn will life around, there’s a reason she left town in the first place. Evan is trying everything he could to win her back but no second chances really work? Love this series and love this book. 8/10.
Hyper Chiller
I was loving iced coffees at the beginning of the month. I’m the type of person to always have coffee grounds on hand but never iced coffee. The Hyper Chiller is a product that instantly makes your hot coffee chilled. You just fill two chambers up with water, put it back together, then put it in the freezer overnight. In the morning, you brew your hot coffee over the Hyper Chiller, let it sit for 60 seconds, swirl it around a couple of times and you have “iced” coffee. Literally, the best if you hate paying 5 bucks for an iced coffee at Starbucks every time.
The Last of Us
I finally started watching The Last of Us on HBO Max this month and it has not disappointed me yet. It’s about a man named Joel and a little girl named Ellie and how he has to protect her in a post-outbreak world. Some of these episodes had me tearing up, I can’t lie. It’s based on a video game, and I think they did a great job adapting it into a show. 10/10 for me.
Sony Headphones
I didn’t know how crucial over-the-ear headphones were until I got them. These Sony headphones are great if you’re on a budget and not looking for the fanciest headphones. I use them for deep-focus writing sessions, editing videos, and working out on the treadmill. They’re lightweight, noise-canceling, and completely wireless. I do recommend getting them on sale if you can.
Amazon Glassware
I have been loving making smoothies lately. They’re such an easy way to get your veggies and fruits in for the day. To make my life a little easier, I make a big batch to last a couple of days. I use these glass containers from Amazon that perfectly fit my smoothies. I also use these cute glasses and straws to drink too. Both are thick and sturdy so no worrying about them breaking easily!
That’s a wrap on February 2023! Time needs to slow down a bit so I can get some of these goals done lol. I love my birthday month aka March so I’m excited for what’s to come. Have a great month everyone!
Until next time,
