MY FIRST BLOG POST! Introduction to IMERIKAMARIE.COM
Hi, I’m Erika Marie! Hence the name of my website I’M ERIKA MARIE. This is a space all about lifestyle, beauty, health/wellness, and fashion! It’s basically my life in words and pictures. I wanted to write an introduction post so you can get to know a little bit about me. Here are some fun facts about me!
Facts About Me:
- I’m 24 years old (a Pisces!
) and I’m from the state of California. - I’m Mexican American and Mexican food is my absolute favorite.
- I have a Degree in Communication and a passion for anything creative and helping others.
- I’m 5’2”. (I recently found out I’m considered “petite”)
- I love anything beauty and fashion. I would describe my style as casual but put together.
- I have a new found love for cooking! My favorite snack is avocado toast! (is that too Millennial
?) - My favorite hobby is reading but I don’t have a favorite author or book (there are too many!).
- I love cats and dogs but cats warm my heart a little more.
- I’m very sarcastic but don’t take me too seriously!
- I’m a big advocate for mental health awareness (self-care is very important!)
My goal with this website is to share my passions of living a healthy lifestyle, wellness, fashion, and beauty to hopefully inspire others in any way I can.
I created this website because I know a lot about beauty (makeup & skincare), life advice, fashion (outfit ideas), and living a healthy lifestyle (healthy meals & fitness). I wanted a space to write down everything I know about these topics to teach others.
I’m still trying to figure out life along the way but I hope you can join me on this journey. I’m excited to have you here and I hope you enjoy it!
