Manifest Your Future: 2020 Vision Board

How to manifest your future with a vision board in 2020.

This is my first time creating a vision board and I’m really excited about it. The idea of manifestation is really interesting to me so I wanted to give it a try this year!

Manifestation is “something that is put into your physical reality through thought, feelings, and beliefs”.

Essentially, what you focus on manifests into reality. When you make a vision board you are visualizing your goals every day allowing your focus to be on those goals! I always believed “what you think is what you attract”.

For example, if you are constantly thinking negative thoughts you will attract negative situations. This is not because bad things happen to you, it’s because you’re only focusing on the bad. Your day could have gone perfectly fine except one thing and now you think you had a bad day because of it. If you thought positively, then you wouldn’t have focused on that bad thing and it would’ve been a good day.

“Whatever is going on in your mind is what you are attracting.”

The power of thought changes your whole perspective on your life, so what if you visualized those positive thoughts every day? That’s where the vision board comes in! Seeing your goals every day will help you stay motivated to work hard on them. It keeps you on track to accomplishing everything you wanted.

Of course, this isn’t magic. It’s the power of hard work, dedication, and how much you want it.

If you want to learn more about manifestation and the Law of Attraction, then I highly recommend watching “The Secret” on Netflix. I don’t want to get too “preachy” in this post but Law of Attraction might just change your life, if you want it to. Okay, let’s talk about how to make a vision board!

HOW TO MAKE A VISION BOARD:

1. Brain dump and write down all the things you want this year. Personal, relationship, career goals, etc. Focus on all the things you want!

2. Find images (try to be exact) of your goals and save them on your computer, print them out, or cut them out from magazines. I used Pinterest to find all my pictures. Note: This can be a digital or physical vision board.

3. Get creative & put them on a board. Now that you have your goals visualized in front of you, it’s now time to put them on a board or a collage online. I used befunky.com to create mine. You can have fun with it by adding stickers, using fun scissors to cut the images, whatever you want!

When you’re done with your vision board, put it where you can look at it every single day. Since mine is digital, I set it as my home screen on my iPad because I look at it every day! Here is mine, for some inspiration!

In 2020, I really want to focus on self-growth, my career and thinking positive. I want to travel more, read and gain more knowledge, become healthier, and grow my blog.

The third row of photos represent what I want in my career. I want to hit 10k views on my blog this year, I want to become a better writer, I need to understand timing is everything, and I want to become better at flat lay photography. The last row represents what I want for myself; peace of mind, a better self, happiness and life balance.

Every day I will look at these things and focus on them. These are all the things I want for my future. These are the things I will attract this year. Your vision board will manifest your future, if you let it.

I put a picture of San Fransisco on here and the other day I saw a shirt that had the name on it! Not a big deal, but my focus is on these things and I’m going to start noticing things I’ve never noticed before and so will you.

Good luck with all your goals and aspirations this year!

Until next time,
