October monthly reset routine talking about goal setting for a new month, dealing with the busy season, and my monthly favorites.
Happy (almost) October, everyone! It’s officially Fall and the fourth quarter of the year. It’s honestly crazy to think we’re already wrapping up 2023. Even typing that doesn’t feel real but the year’s not over yet and the busy season is upon us so I have to keep it together before it ends. Here’s October’s monthly reset routine.

I didn’t work out 3x a week, but I did work out 2x a week! I loved Pilates videos by MoveWithNicole on YouTube. I loved making overnight oats this month. It’s easy to prepare and it tastes so good. I’m currently reading this book and it’s been very insightful and has helped me a ton this month.
I’ve been slacking with reading, but I’m so tired at the end of the day that I just want to watch a show and go to sleep. Buying clothing basics has been on my to-do list all year, so let’s hope I get it done before the year ends lol. I did clean out my closet and now I have more room for new clothes!
I created some TikToks and Pin Ideas so those were fun to make. Once I get a phone that actually works, I really want to get back into filming video content! I sold 24 Notion templates this month! I posted 6 posts and the newsletter goes out October 2nd.

What did I accomplish this month?
Accomplishing most of my monthly goals is always a win. Focusing on my mental and physical health is also a win. I’m happy I’m taking steps into becoming a healthy well-balanced person again.
How was I feeling this month? Why?
I was feeling ready for the heat to go away lol. I don’t love the cold by any means, but cozy sweatshirts sound amazing. I was also feeling very accomplished with my blog (:
What events happened this month?
No events in September. It was just business as usual and I loved it. The routine keeps me on track!
List some things you learned this month.
The only way I can finally start feeling better is to take action instead of just planning.
What can I do better next month?
I can continue to stick to my workout routine and focus on my mental health instead of stopping my progress.
Highs and Lows
Highs: Writing 3 sponsored blog posts for some great brands!
Lows: Not spending enough time on hobbies and other things I love doing in my free time.

It’s the last quarter of the year, and if you’re a blogger then you know it’s also the busiest time of the year. It’s also a time to spend with loved ones, stay cozy indoors, and finish up those yearly goals! I’m also excited for spooky season this month and I can’t wait to watch a bunch of scary/spooky movies.

Ghost Mug
I mean look at how cute this mug is! Ever since I got it at Target this month, I haven’t stopped using it. It holds 14oz, keeps my coffee hot, and is too cute. Target has a bunch of other Halloween mugs if you want to check them out here. Every year I try to find a new Halloween-themed mug and I instantly loved this one! It’s such a fun way to celebrate the season.
Vegamour GRO Revitalizing Shampoo & Conditioner
In case you missed it, I recently did a whole blog post on hair care products that I use for my thin hair. I mentioned these products but I also wanted to include them in my monthly favorites because they’re so good. It makes my thin hair look so much thicker than it actually is. It also smells amazing! I highly recommend it for people with thin/thinning hair.
Vegamour GRO Hair Serum
If you’re looking into growing your hair, then you should try this hair serum. My goal this year is to take care of my hair and finally solve my hair-thinning problem. This product claims to help your hair appear thicker and fuller, and I honestly think it has. When I run my hands through my scalp, it feels denser than before I started using this. You can see my before and after photos here. I have two more bottles left, so I will keep you updated on my IG if you want to follow along with my hair journey.
Until next time,
