My current favorites including the best non-toxic shampoo and conditioner, vegan protein powder, and beginner-friendly workouts.
I’m currently writing this post on the first day of Fall so happy Fall season, everyone! I honestly don’t even remember September starting, like where did the time go? I hope you all had a good and productive month. If you’re new to my blog, I like to share my favorite products, shows, movies, workouts, or anything I genuinely enjoyed at the end of every month. This month I focused on healing, new habits, and reflection. Let me know your favorites or how your month went in the comments below.
Current Favorites – September 2022
1. ATTITUDE Super Leaves – Moisture Rich Shampoo & Conditioner
If you read my August favorites, then you know that I’m trying to switch out my everyday beauty products with ones with clean ingredients. I’ve been using these ATTITUDE shampoo and conditioners since July and my final verdict is that I love them. I will probably do a whole blog post about these so I can go into detail about them. Just know, these are so good and I definitely recommend them.
2. Orgain Organic Vegan Protein Powder – Vanilla Bean
If you’re looking for a vegan protein powder that tastes good, then this one is for you. It doesn’t taste chalky like other vegan protein powders. It’s sweet, creamy, and tastes like vanilla. I love that it’s 21 grams of organic plant-based protein made from peas, brown rice, and chia seeds. It’s gluten-free, dairy-free, lactose-free, low net carbs, no added sugar, soy-free, kosher, non-GMO, carrageenan free, and no artificial ingredients. It’s almost always on sale on Amazon for about $26 for 2lbs, which is very affordable for a vegan protein powder. I personally just mix it with almond milk and shake it in my blender bottle.
3. Youtube Workouts
Since I got sick with Covid back in July, I’ve been on a break from working out. It has been tough not being able to do my normal workouts, to be honest. It feels like I have to start all over again, which sucks but I’ve been avoiding it for too long. I’m ready to start my workout journey again and I found some videos on Youtube that I really enjoy and are beginner friendly! Here is a list of all the workouts I enjoy:

4. Hilife Steamer
I’m now a steamer fan and there’s no going back. It’s so easy to just plug in anywhere and start steaming my clothes. Is it any different from ironing? Kind of. I like that I don’t need any ironing board and do not have to worry about burning my clothes. This steamer has a water capacity of 240 ml and steams for 15 minutes. It’s compact and travel-friendly. Perfect for when you need to get rid of wrinkles quickly!
